GI Group are the official recruitment providers to the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth games and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our RPO team onsite at the Games Headquarters in Central Birmingham. Based on Broad Street and reporting directly to the RPO Programme Manager, the Recruiter will be running end to end recruitment processes in partnership with hiring managers and HR in the Organising Committee (OC). The role will also be heavily involved in promotion of opportunities in support of the "Global Games. Local Opportunities" campaign.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high profile and busy RPO due to grow significantly over the life of the B2022 games lifecycle as well as join a large, global recruitment business in GI Group. GI are currently expanding significantly in the UK and further opportunities will be available once the games conclude in 2022.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for your areas
  • Building long-term relationships with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders through briefing calls and regular updates
  • Delivery of high quality, profiled shortlists to agreed KPIs/SLAs
  • Coordinate the interview and offer process
  • Support the Administration team in the onboarding process
  • Maintaining the ATS and relevant trackers to enable accurate management information reporting
  • Ensure you are always delivering a high-touch customer led service and a great level of customer experience
  • Undertake marketing activities that will include interaction with the general public through various Birmingham2022 roadshows, careers fairs and pop-up events.

Experience and Skills Required:

Essential

  • Experience within the permanent staffing sector
  • Recruitment experience in an RPO/in-house/agency account management setting
  • Demonstrate exceptional standards of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Willingness to seek new and innovative ways to deliver solutions to our customers
  • Excellent standard of communication - both written and verbal
  • Display the ability to form strong positive working relationships
  • Effective time management, ability to work under pressure and self-manage
  • Demonstrate the ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure, on time & in full

Salary - £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

Bonus - 20% quarterly

Location - Broad Street, Birmingham

Start date - ASAP
