Birmingham 2022 is looking for four Accreditation Visa and Data Processing Coordinators. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Accreditation team who will build and operate a world-class accreditation system to deliver a spectacular Commonwealth Games.

You will report to the Accreditation Systems and Data Processing Manager and support the wider Accreditation team by being involved in the testing, implementation and administration of the systems, as well as related data processing.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to business process development specific to the visa process
  • Support in the collection of participant's data for visa applications
  • Support the Accreditation department in the collation and creation of all Accreditation reports
  • Track visa application progress through utilisation of effective systems reporting tools and timely identification of issues
  • Administer the Accreditation systems
  • Validate participant's data submissions
  • Work closely with the client and system streams of Accreditation to ensure alignment between the Accreditation system and Games Family visa statuses
  • Support the Accreditation team by delivering services in venues at games time

Skills and Experience Required

Essential

  • Maths and English GCSE (grade C or above)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of organisational and time management skills
  • Project, account, and business management skills
  • Ability to work with, and influence, external partners and stakeholders and successfully facilitate joint decision-making

Salary: £30,000 - £32,500 per annum

Start date: ASAP

Location: One Brindley Place, Birmingham (full time, office based)
